Directs and leads the store to achieve the store objectives with regards to sales and profit, team staffing, training, developement and performance management.

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of retail store management experience.  Knowledge of music and fashion a plus.  Minimum of high school graduate or GED equivalent.   College degree a plus.
